Ordering at CozyOrange.com is hassle-free! Detailed product information and streamlined ordering process make shopping for affordable yoga and studio wear a blissful, cozy experience! As part of the checkout process, you will enter your shipping, billing and credit card information as a guest or a registered user. If you register and create your account with CozyOrange.com, we'll securely keep track of your information to ensure a simplified checkout process. You'll also be able to store all your addresses, manage your email preferences, check your order history and receive exclusive discounts and birthday gifts!

For each dollar you spend at CozyOrange.com while logged into your account, you will also earn 5 reward points. Each 100 reward points can be redeemed for $1 against future orders. The number of points you have earned can be viewed in the My Account section of the website. Reward points are activated when your order ships, and they will never expire.

Can I place an order without registering?


Yes, you can. You can bypass registering by not supplying a password during checkout. You can always order by phone by calling Cozy Orange customer service at 760.931.2980 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm PST. You may also call us for order status updates. Registering will give you instant access to more information about your orders and exclusive discounts.

How will my information be safeguarded after I register?


Cozy Orange uses industry standard encryption technology for the checkout process to ensure a safe and secure online shopping experience. This technology makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any information you send us via the secure checkout server. Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you when you provide the correct password you created. What if I forget my password?


No worries! If you forget your password, simply visit the My Account page and request to reset your password via your email. For your security, we are unable to give out passwords over the phone or email them to a different email address than the email address that was used to register on the site.

How do I track my order?


If you are a registered user, login to your account to track your order status. Also, in your shipping confirmation email is a link you can follow that allows you to login and track your order. If you are not a registered user with cozyorange.com, your information is not available online. Please simply email Customer Service at holler@cozyorange.com or call 760.931.2980 between the hours of 8am to 4pm PST and we will gladly provide this information. You will receive a order confirmation email of your purchased items, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your items have shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive tracking information. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email after this time period, please email Customer Service at holler@cozyorange.com. If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we will make every effort to send all available items together. If we are unable to fulfill your order in one shipment, we will send them to you in separate packages and pick up the tab on shipping and handling fees. We will also send you an email informing you of the status of your order. If you are concerned about the security of your package delivery, please email us at holler@cozyorange.com and reference your order number to add a signature request.

How is sales tax determined?


The sales tax rate is determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped. Currently sales tax will only be charged for purchases to the state of California.

How is shipping and handling calculated for my order?


CozyOrange.com currently offers Free Shipping on $50+ ground shipping across the US to all 50 states. Expedited shipping is also available for a fee. Shipping estimates are available at check-out. For additional shipping information, click here.

Where does Cozy Orange ship?


Cozyorange.com currently ships domestically within the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping and delivery to domestic PO Boxes and APO’s (military bases) is currently not available.

What is Cozy Orange's return & exchange policy?


Customer satisfaction is our passion! We accept returns of regular priced, non-sale items within 45 days of initial purchase. Refunds will be issued for items returned unworn, in their original condition with the tags attached. You will be refunded in the same form as was utilized for the original payment. We do not offer store credits. For exchanges- please refer to the information below. If your item arrived damaged or a wrong size or piece of merchandise was shipped, please contact customer service at holler@cozyorange.com. They will arrange for a replacement or appropriate item to be shipped to you. Please note: All final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

How do I return or exchange unwanted merchandise?


To return items, log in to your account. (If you are not a registered user with cozyorange.com, your information is not available online. Please simply email Customer Service at holler@cozyorange.com or call 760.931.2980 between the hours of 8am to 4pm PST). In the "Recent Orders" area on the My Account page, find the order which contains item(s) you wish to return and click on "View Order." If the order is not shown, click on "View All" first. On the top right corner of the order details page, click on "Request Return." Enter the quantity of each product you would like to return, then make the appropriate selections for each drop down menu before clicking "Submit." If you're not returning all of the items in this order, you can use the "Remove Item" button on the right of each item listed. Please be sure to select a reason for return, to help us better serve you in the future!  A return confirmation # will be generated and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. A return label will be sent to you in a separate email. Simply print out the return label and drop it off with your shipment at your nearest FedEx location. Once we have received your items, please allow up to 3 business days to receive a confirmation and refund back to your original method of payment. To exchange items for different style items, simply follow the above return process for a refund and place a new order at www.cozyorange.com. If however you would like to exchange like items for a different size or color and/or originally used a discount code to purchase your items that is not longer valid, please contact our customer service department at holler@cozyorange.com or by calling 760.931.2980 Mon- Fri 8am-5pm PST and they will process an exchange for you. Follow the above return shipping instructions and once Cozy Orange receives your returned items, your exchange items will be shipped.

How do I return a gift?


An item can only be returned by the purchaser. Please ask the original purchaser to file a return online through the return process outlined above. Once complete, the purchaser will receive a return shipment label for your use.

How do I use a promotion code online?


To redeem special offers, customers must enter the offer code at checkout. After entering offer code, offer adjustments will be made to eligible orders automatically. Offers may require purchase from a specific product and may not apply to Gift Cards, gift wrap, shipping or taxes. Offers cannot be combined and are valid while supplies last. Please see the specific offer details for complete terms and conditions, including expiration date and other exceptions. All orders are subject to verification. Coupon codes are case sensitive and do expire. What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase and want a return?


You can return the item and receive a full refund for the actual amount paid for the item. A previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item. However, items purchased with a discount promotion can be exchanged for the same item in another desired size/color. Please contact customer service at holler@cozyorange.com for assistance.

I received an online Gift Card via email. How can I use it?


The Online Gift Cards are redeemable toward purchases on CozyOrange.com only and do not expire. To place an order online follow the below process:


  1. Place desired products into your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page.

  2. In the "Payment Method" area, check the box next to "Use gift card to checkout."

  3. Enter the Gift Card Code" and click on "Add Gift Card."

  4. If the Gift Card covers your entire balance, click on "No Payment Information Required" below. If not, choose the payment method for the remaining balance.

  5. Registered customers may also store the Gift Card information within their account to save time when applying the balance to future orders. To do so, visit the "Gift Card" section of the My Account section.

How do I add Cozy Orange to my email Safe List?


We like staying Cozy with our valued customers and deeply appreciate your business. We’d like to ensure you stay connected and emails reach your inbox, so please add our email address to your address book by following these steps:

For Gmail Users:

  1. Open the e-mail

  2. Click, “More options” in the e-mail header

  3. Click, “Add Sender to Contact List”


For AOL Users:

  1. Click the Add button.

  2. When the Address Card window opens, enter holler@cozyorange.com into the contact information.


For Yahoo Users:

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click "Add to Address Book" link on far right.

  3. The name and email address holler@cozyorange.com are pre-populated in the "Add to Address Book" page.

  4. Verify the information is correct and click "Add to Address Book".


For MSN Users:

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click "Save Addresses" on the right.

  3. Check the box next to the address you want to save. Make sure you use holler@cozyorange.com.

  4. Click "Save".


For Hotmail Users:

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click "Save Address(es)" at the top of the message header.

  3. Verify pre-populated information in the "Save Address" form is correct. Use holler@cozyorange.com.

  4. Click "Ok".


For EarthLink Users:

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click "Add Sender" in the upper right of the header.

  3. The name and address are pre-populated in the "Add to Address Book" pop-up. (If not, use holler@cozyorange.com).

  4. Click "Yes".


For Comcast Users:

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click on "Save Address". "Address Book Entry" dialog box will then appear.

  3. Click "Save Entry" to save.


For Microsoft Outlook (Windows) Users:

  1. Right click on an existing email message.

  2. Select "Add to Outlook Contacts" from the menu. If that option is not available, click on "Junk Mail".

  3. Click on "Add Sender to Safe Sender's List".


For Microsoft Outlook (Mac OS) Users:

  1. Hold down the Control key while clicking on the email message.

  2. Choose "Add Sender to Address Book" or "Add Sender to Contact", depending on the software version you use.


For Netscape Users:

  1. Click on an existing email message to highlight it.

  2. Click the "Message" menu.

  3. Choose "Add Sender to Address Book".

  4. Click OK.


For Netzero Users:

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click on the "Save to Address Book" link next to our email address.

  3. You will see a message "This address has been saved into your Address Book."
